We collect personal information about candidates from the following sources:
  1. You, the candidate; аnd/or
  2. Your named referees.
Legal Grounds for processing of your personal information:
  • Explicit consent of the candidate for processing the information contained in the candidate’s CV, application, cover letter;
  • Our legitimate interest to process and manage applications for roles at PG, including selecting of candidates and concluding an agreement with them;
  • Our legitimate interest to hire and onboard candidates by making an offer to successful candidates;
  • Our legitimate interest to manage our career websites (including conducting statistical analyses);
  • Compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation (when carrying out background checks to warrant a candidate is eligible to work).

Use of your personal information

 

We will use the personal information we collect about you solely for the purposes of keeping your CV on our database and/or your application, namely to assess your skills, qualifications, and suitability for the relevant roles, to carry out background and reference checks, as well as to communicate with you about the recruitment process. Additionally, we may keep records related to our hiring processes and comply with legal or regulatory requirements.
It is in our legitimate interests to decide whether to appoint you to work within our Group since it would be beneficial to our business to appoint someone to that role. We also need to process your personal information to decide whether to enter into a contract of employment with you.
Having received your CV and/or your application form, we will then process that information to decide whether you meet the requirements to be shortlisted, interviewed and/or offered the role. If we decide to offer you the role, we may then take up references and criminal checks (if such are required by law) before confirming your appointment. In certain circumstances, such references and checks may be conducted as part of the decision-making process itself.

Vaše osebne podatke, ki jih zbiramo, bomo uporabljali izključno za potrebe hrambe vašega življenjepisa v naši bazi in/ali obdelave vaše prijave, in sicer za oceno vaših znanj, kvalifikacij in primernosti za ustrezna delovna mesta, za izvedbo preverjanj ozadja in referenc ter za komunikacijo z vami v zvezi z zaposlitvenim postopkom. Poleg tega lahko hranimo evidence, povezane z našimi zaposlitvenimi postopki, in izpolnjujemo zakonske ali regulatorne obveznosti.

V našem legitimnem interesu je, da se odločimo, ali vas zaposlimo v okviru naše skupine, saj bi bilo za naše poslovanje koristno, da se za to delovno mesto imenuje ustrezna oseba. Prav tako moramo obdelovati vaše osebne podatke, da se lahko odločimo, ali z vami sklenemo pogodbo o zaposlitvi.

Processing of Personal Data by Group Companies

 

Within our corporate structure, recruitment and human resources processes are managed centrally. As a result, your personal data provided in connection with a job application may be accessed and processed by various companies within Perform I.T. EOOD group of associated companies, including teams located in Bulgaria. Such processing is carried out solely for the purposes of recruitment, candidate evaluation, and management of the hiring process, in compliance with applicable data protection legislation (including the General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) and with the implementation of appropriate technical and organizational security measures.

Znotraj naše korporativne strukture se procesi zaposlovanja in ostale kadrovske zadeve upravljajo centralno. Data retention

 

We will retain your personal information for such period as necessary to comply with our legal requirements and our data retention policy. We retain your personal information for that period so that we comply with our legal obligations and can show, in the event of a legal claim, that we have not discriminated against candidates on prohibited grounds and that we have conducted the recruitment exercise in a fair and transparent way. After this period, we will securely destroy your personal information in accordance with our data retention policy and applicable laws and regulations.

 

It is our policy that unsuccessful applicants may be reconsidered for employment when there are vacancies with us or any of our associated companies. For the purpose of reconsideration of your recruitment, we will keep your information for a period of 6 months as of rejection. Based on your consent, we will keep your information for the same purpose for a period of up to 12 months as of rejection.

Vaše osebne podatke bomo hranili toliko časa, kot je potrebno za izpolnjevanje naših zakonskih obveznosti in v skladu z našo politiko hrambe podatkov. Vaše osebne podatke hranimo v tem obdobju, da izpolnimo zakonske obveznosti ter v primeru morebitnega pravnega zahtevka dokažemo, da nismo diskriminirali kandidatov na prepovedani podlagi in da je bil postopek zaposlovanja izveden pošteno in pregledno. Po preteku tega obdobja bomo vaše osebne podatke varno uničili v skladu z našo politiko hrambe podatkov ter veljavnimi zakoni in predpisi.

Naša politika določa, da se kandidati, ki niso bili izbrani, lahko ponovno upoštevajo za zaposlitev, kadar se pojavijo prosta delovna mesta pri nas ali pri kateremkoli izmed naših povezanih podjetij. Za namen ponovne obravnave vaše prijave bomo vaše podatke hranili 6 mesecev od dneva zavrnitve. Z vašo privolitvijo bomo vaše podatke za isti namen hranili do 12 mesecev od dneva zavrnitve.
