ProSaber Terms and Conditions
This document is set out to include the terms and conditions of Pronet Gaming’s prize competition at ICE Barcelona 2026, in the game of “ProSaber”. To maintain a fair and enjoyable experience for all participants, please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully. By participating in the ProSaber competition, you agree to abide by these rules and regulations.
ProSaber is organized by Pronet Gaming Limited (06683832) with registered address of Sa Law Llp, 36-38 Upper Marlborough Road, St. Albans, United Kingdom, AL1 3UU (hereafter referred to as “Pronet Gaming”).
1. Eligibility
1.1. The ProSaber competition is open to all registered tradeshow attendees aged 18 years or older as of the date of entry.
1.2. Employees, representatives, and agents of Pronet Gaming, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
1.3. Participation constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions and Pronet Gaming’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the ProSaber competition.
2. Participation
2.1. To enter, attendees must visit Pronet Gaming’s booth during official tradeshow hours.
2.2. Participation is free; no purchase or payment is required to participate but participation shall be strictly limited to one time only over the whole course of the Ice Barcelona 2026 event.
2.3. Pronet Gaming reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the operation of ProSaber or violates these Terms and Conditions.
3. The ProSaber Game
3.1. ProSaber is a Virtual Reality game, a customized version of the original Beat Saber.
3.2. ProSaber is a rhythm-based game. As such the Participant acknowledges that the winner of the game will be the highest-scoring participant.
3.3. Rules for ProSaber are simple:
Each Participant will use a virtual reality headset and hand controllers provided by Pronet Gaming.
The system will automatically record scores throughout the day and display a real-time leaderboard on screen.
3.4. At 3:00pm each day, the highest-scoring participant will be announced and contacted by phone to return to the stand to collect their prize.
4. Prizes
4.1. The winner shall be awarded a Virtual Reality Headset; Meta Quest 3S. Prizes are awarded on an as-is basis and are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or other items. For avoidance of doubt there shall be no cash alternative to the prize.
5. Prize Claim
5.1. Winners must be present at the booth to claim their prize if contacted by phone, following the announcement which will take place at 3:00pm each day.
5.2. Winners must present valid identification such as a business card to claim their prize.
5.3. Forfeited prizes may be reallocated at the discretion of Pronet Gaming.
6. Publicity
6.1. By participating, entrants consent, through filling in the personal data processing consent form, to Pronet Gaming keeping their personal data for a maximum period of time of 3 (three months) after the event, unless the consent of the participant is revoked, without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this event and future events. The participants understand and accept that PronetGaming may use the photos of winners in publicity posts issued by Pronet Gaming online through its social media channels and/or its website for promotional purposes, based on Pronet Gaming’s legitimate interest. Such photos will be kept for up to 24 (twenty-four) months after the event. Participants have the right to object to this processing depending on their particular situation.
7. Liability
7.1. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Pronet Gaming, its affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from participation in the ProSaber or from the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
7.2. Pronet Gaming is not responsible for any technical issues, including, but not limited to, malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network, any hardware malfunctions or software bugs.
7.3. Participants assume all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by their participation in ProSaber or the use or redemption of any prize.
7.4. By participating in this VR experience, you acknowledge that the activity involves physical exertion, limited real-world awareness, and potential risks such as collisions, strain, dizziness, or motion discomfort, and you accept responsibility for your own wellbeing. By providing your contact details, you consent to Pronet Gaming and its authorised partners collecting basic participation data and contacting you with follow-up information, insights from your interaction at the exhibition stand, and future updates about products, services, or events, with the option to opt out at any time.
8. General Conditions
8.1. Pronet Gaming reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend ProSaber should any type of cause corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of ProSaber.
8.2. Pronet Gaming reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of ProSaber, the Pronet Gaming website and/or violates these Terms and Conditions.
9. Data Protection
9.1. The participants shall be presented with a Personal data processing Consent Form. Personal data collected from participants will be used solely for the purposes of administering the ProSaber game and will be processed in accordance with Pronet Gaming’s privacy policy.
9.2. Participants have the right to access, rectify, and delete any personal data held by Pronet Gaming by contacting Pronet Gaming at dpo@pronetgaming.com. Pronet Gaming is the Data Controller for the purposes of applicable data protection legislation in related to all personal data provided to PronetGaming.
10. Governing Law
10.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
